SMARR, Robert A., age 84, of Taylor, September 22, 2022. Beloved husband of Joan Smarr. Loving father of Todd Smarr, Tanya Manning and Toni Smarr. Dearest grandfather of Chase, Stephanie and Brittney. He is also survived by his siblings Katherine Galvin, Bennie Smarr Jr., and Kenny Smarr. Robert was an Army Veteran and belonged to the Masons and Shriners. He was preceded in death by his parents Bennie and Shirley Smarr, and his birth mom Alma. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project or Shriners.
