DISALVO, Anthony J., age 87, passed away peacefully at home in Allen Park, July 29, 2020. Beloved companion of 36 years of Carol Grant. Loving father of Sandra Joy (Daniel) Morgan, Donna Gail DiSalvo, Andy (Tammy) DiSalvo and step-father of Carol (Mickey) Luginski, Deanna Grant and Mark (Cristine) Grant. Dearest grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 1. He is also survived by his brother Albert (Meera) DiSalvo, his sister Connie (the late Paul) Talford and two nieces. He is preceded in death by his son Anthony DiSalvo, Jr., his step-son Michael Derscha and his parents Vincent and Sarah DiSalvo. Anthony retired after 30 years at Ford Motor Company as a design engineer. He was also the founding member and first president of the Park Colony Club in Allen Park. Anthony enjoyed gardening, golfing, fishing, bowling, playing cards with his buddies and softball to name a few. But most importantly, he enjoyed his time with his family. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
