Words can’t describe this beautiful soul, he saw beauty in everything he touched or the lives he touch. Always full of life and laughter. It’s sad to see you gone, not moment goes where I wish I stuck my hand out and reached for your hand say “there’s still light at the end of the tunnel, don’t give up” you touch my life and I’m forever grateful to call you, my friend. I will miss you xoxo until we meet again Marques

You were such a "force" in my life, for what felt like a lifetime, now doesn't seem that long at all. You took me to my first drag show. We spent holidays and birthdays together. You even helped make my wedding come together beautifully. You will always be a part of the laughter and love in my heart and I will never forget you! Nicole Cooke

Dear Ray and Kelly and family of your beloved “Billy.” I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved son! And for all that loved him. I met you guys and him many years ago through Gary Mercier. Billy was so friendly and he sure made me feel welcomed in your home when I had met you guys for the first time as we brought in the new year together. He loved people and that’s what I remember of him. I’m so glad I got to meet him. I pray you feel the presence and the love of Christ in the absence of your beloved son, Billy. Praying for you all, Tamara Baldwin(Brad) Tamara Baldwin

Billy, I am so so sorry we drifted apart over the years. You were one of the kindest, funniest, brightest individuals I knew. Teen years were hard enough, and you were one of the people that made that bearable for me. I was always counting down to the next time I would get to hang out with my theatre friends. The way you came out to me is still one of my favorite stories, and I wish I had told you my truth as well but I was still too afraid. I admired you so much for your honesty. I miss you. To Billy's family and friends, I know condolences will never be enough, but I hope it brings you comfort to know that Billy was the kind of person who leaves a lasting mark on the lives he touches. Despite not having spoke to him for years, he was never forgotten. When reminiscing with friends, when telling stories about our childhood, he was always an integral part of that. You raised one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met, and I thank you for that. Emily
