Sue was such a beautiful, fun and loving person. Over the course of five years, I was so happy to call her a friend. We have spent so much time together at work, that she started to become almost like a second mom to me. I am so saddened by the passing, but I know she is in the amazing hands of God. To Eddie and the boys, she is always with you and watching over you. Siobhan Pollum

So sad to hear of Susie passing away, we fall out ot touch over 20 years ago, but it`s still does not make it any easy to hear. My heart goes out to her sons Devan, Tyler, Keyan, Zac and father (Paul Sluka) Barbara (Bliss) Slusarski

When I first met Zachary over four years ago, he made it perfectly clear that he was raised to be a gentleman. He would always walk on the side of the sidewalk that was closer to the street, mentioning that his mother told him that was the right thing to do. When I asked him what his favorite food or drinks were, he confidently responded “my mom’s chicken parmesan” followed by “my mom’s chocolate peanut butter milkshakes”. To say Zac was a mommas boy would be an understatement, but I was so happy to find a partner that had such a strong relationship with his mother. I first met Sue and Ed for dinner down in Detroit, I was incredibly nervous to meet the most important woman in Zachary’s life but Sue made it easy. She was friendly and effortless in making conversations with me. At the end of dinner as we were saying goodbye I still was a little nervous and went in for a handshake while she went in for a hug at the same time. In the moment I was so embarrassed but reflecting on it now I see how truly open Sue was to embracing people as her family, how she instantly found connections with others and was just a hugger. That was also my first introduction to Sue and Ed’s love story. Zachary had mentioned when we first started dating how he wanted a relationship like his mother and Ed. How they kiss every time they see each other, when they get in the truck together and when they say goodbye. Zac had such a great example of what true love looks like thanks to Sue and Ed. I’m sure you would all agree that you have never seen such a loving couple in your entire life. I feel honored to have caught just a glimpse of this knockout love and only wish that I can embody the same with Zachary. We all wish we had more time with Sue, but I know that she will be with us through all of the important milestones in our future. Rest In Peace Sue, you will be gravely missed. Miranda

2020.11.13 Woodward Dream Cruise Dear Sue, The first time we met you and Eddie was many years ago during the Woodward Dream Cruise at Eleanor and Ray's house. Eddie with the "Boss" and Brad with his Corvette just hanging out and having fun. We became fast friends as well as partners in crime when we attempted to sell Brad's Corvette to a passer by. I think back on all the laughs we had and know that you will be dearly missed. The Dream Cruise won't be the same without you. You fought the hard fight and now you're at peace. May God Bless and rest your soul. Love you loads, Yvonne & Brad Posted by Yvonne T on 11/13/2020 Yvonne Terryn
