Victory, Elva J., age 87, of Brighton, April 6, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Jessie Victory. Loving mother of Vicky Hall, Deborah Victory, Jacqueline Fair, and Steve (Linda) Victory. Dearest grandmother of Timothy (Erica) Hall, Jesse (Anjeza) Victory, Brittaney (Jacob) Humenik, Andrew (Ashleigh) Victory, William (Nikki) Fair, Daniel (Apa) Victory, and great-grandmother of Ayden, Blake, Margaux, and Matthias. She is preceded in death by her son Rick Victory, grandson Christopher Hall, and son-in-law William Fair. Elva was a member of The Red Hat Ladies and the Riverview Meals on Wheels. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Residential Hospice Troy.
