Jack Quinn, a prominent lobbyist and White House adviser, has died at the age of 74
Jack Quinn, an influential lobbyist and lawyer who served as White House counsel under President Bill Clinton and then represented Marc Rich, the fugitive financier who received a controversial pardon in Clinton's final hours in office, died May 8 at his home in Washington. He was 74 years old.
