Breast Cancer Support

Help Us Support Women In Need

Join us this season as we collect cozy and thoughtful gifts for women fighting breast cancer.

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer – a sobering statistic that reminds us how important it is to support those who are facing this battle.

This Christmas, we’re coming together to make the holiday season a little brighter for women undergoing treatment for breast cancer. We’re partnering with the Shades of Pink Foundation, a local organization dedicated to providing support to women in Southeast Michigan during their fight against breast cancer.

How you can help: We will be collecting items for women currently in treatment. Your donation can make a huge difference and help bring comfort during a difficult time.

Here’s what we’re collecting:

  • Cash or Checks made out to Shades of Pink Foundation
  • Gift cards (for groceries, gas, or stores like Target)
  • Fuzzy socks (warm and cozy!)
  • Puzzle books (to help pass the time)
  • Hard candy (sweet treats)
  • Tea and tea mugs
  • Soft scarves (for warmth and comfort)
  • Inspirational journals (for reflection and encouragement)

Why this matters: Breast cancer treatment is physically and emotionally exhausting. Many women going through treatment struggle with the everyday challenges of life, from managing appointments to dealing with side effects. These small but thoughtful gifts can offer comfort, inspiration, and a reminder that they are not alone in their journey.

Let’s make this holiday season a little brighter for the brave women in our community. Every donation, big or small, helps provide some extra support during a challenging time.

Donations are being accepted through Jan 5th.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Together, we can make a difference!
