ALLEN, Effie A., age 83, of Dearborn Heights, December 5, 2023. Beloved wife of Jimmy Allen. Loving mother of Connie (Darin Bacon) Auty, Vickey Allen (Terry Mathews), and Duane (Tanya) Allen. Dearest grandmother of Tommy (Jasmine), Julianne (Damon), Ashley, Sarah, and great-grandmother of Raven. She is survived by her brother James “Boots” (Ann) Richard, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her siblings Maxil Baugh, John Richard, Willie Mae Alley, Milton Richard, Eugene Richard, Alan Richard, and Larry Richard.
