AHLES, Harry C., age 89, of Ann Arbor (formerly St. Clair, MI), February 07, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Charlotte Ann Ahles. Survived by his sister Eileen Lozon, son Stephen Ahles, son Andrew Ahles and wife Melodie. Grandchildren Catherine Ahles, Michelle Palmer and husband Levi and Karl Steffke and wife Barbara and five great-grandchildren. It has been said that the true measure of a man can be defined in three ways: love and devotion to family, compassion and service towards others, and his dedication and commitment to duty. Harry was a devoted father and husband, Rotarian, an accomplished athlete/coach, WWII veteran and avid hunter/fisherman. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
