Obituary

ALLISON, James “Mike” Leo, age 70, of Wyandotte, Michigan, November 14, 2020. Beloved husband of 43 years of Lois Jean Holloway-Allison. Loving father of Joshua Micah (Jorida) Allison, Bethany Anna (Thomas) Foley, and Keith Michael Allison. Dearest grandfather of Elena Grace Allison and Vincent James Foley. He is also survived by sisters Mary Ann (Paul) Gasper, Kathleen (Jan) Moser, Patricia (Joe) Ernst, Marita Murphy, and brothers Dick Allison and Raymond Allison. Mike is preceded in death by his mother Katherine Jeanne Livingston, his father Thomas Lawrence Allison, his step father Charles Livingston, his father-in-law Clarence Holloway, and his mother-in-law Florence Libb. Mike was born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 13, 1950. He loved stained glass and traveling. He had a great sense of humor and was always telling stories and jokes. Mike radiated happiness and always had everyone around him laughing. He enjoyed golfing and gardening in his rose gardens. He especially loved being a professional Santa for the last ten years. In honor of Mike’s Memory, memorial donations can be made to Great Lakes Santas, the address is 23334 Haynes Street, Farmington Hills, MI 48336.His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
