Obituary

ADKINS, John L., age 49, of Lincoln Park, May 05, 2019. Loving father of John (Catherine) Adkins, Tia (Tim) Lauer and Jacob Adkins. Dearest grandfather of Damian, Shane and John. Beloved son of Jennifer Barlow. He is also survived by his brothers James Adkins and Michael Adkins. He is preceded in death by his granddaughter Alexandria Orr, his father Dennis Adkins, his grandfather Ralph Adkins, his grandmother Margaret Stein . His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home following the visitation. Service will be ended by a final ride in a custom-built motorcycle hearse.

I happy i got to see john a few times last year and we became friends on facebook . We always were friends all thru school but it never went any farther . It scares me to see people my age dying left and right but it does give me the motovation to go out and do more with my life and enjoy the little things like john did .
