- Uncle Rich was such a wonderful, caring and loving man, he always had a kind word or smile for everyone he met. He always made me laugh when I was young and he and Aunt Jo were dating . - I hadn’t seen this until now, I’m so saddened by this news. Rich was a great guy who loved his family. I never heard him say anything bad about anyone no matter what type of person they were! He was that type of guy. He was funny, could get you out of a bad mood quickly. He loved his girls, talked about them a lot, loved his family. I worked with Rich at Monsanto.
