ASPER, Theodore R., age 63, of Richmond, Virginia, May 03, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Lori Taylor. Loving brother of John (Carla) Stafford-Asper and the late Susan Asper-Tue. Dearest uncle of Andrew (Victoria), great uncle of Daniel, Nathanial and Fiona. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles Mary (the late Lloyd) Barnes, Barbara (the late Jose) Hernandez, Robert (Janet) Clevenger, Richard (Mary) Clevenger, Karen (the late Steve) Nazerak and Sandy (Kenny) Broadbent. He will be dearly missed by many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Beverly Asper and his nephew Shaun Asper. The family is requesting no flowers.
