- We were all so very saddened at the news of our childhood friend, Alan. We grew up on Barth Road with the Bergmoosers and went to school together. We have been praying for God to give your family strength during this sorrowful time. Alan was a good son to Dick & Alice, a wonderful husband to Gina & a great father to the kids. You family has so many great memories thru the years to look back on and bring a smile to your faces. - Our deepest condolence go out to Gina, Dick and the entire family. Hearing Aunt Sharon tell me of Alan's death, my mind was flooded with many memories. Alan working with his Grandpa Ed on the hog pen and butcher day at the Laprad farm, playing ball at the family reunions, fishing in Canada, replacing the kitchen floor for his Aunt Diane. and planting a old boat in his yard to make a family party special. - Dear Bergmooser Family and Friends... It is at these times we most bond the more. I pray for strength, peace, joy, and beautiful memories to flood you through the days and years to come. Alan will remain in your hearts with each passing day, to remind you of his love, faith, hope, and belief that you will carry on. He was a dedicated family man, I could tell by the twinkle in Gina's eyes when she spoke of him and her beloved children. The Thomas family grew up on Barth Road and shared a bus stop with the Bergmooser kids once upon a time. I remember that I would stare at Alan and his dreamy blue eyes!!! I was young and I knew even back then when I saw something beautiful and kind. It probably made Alan a bit self conscious but I was young and silly.
