BULIFANT, Alban C., age 78, of Flat Rock, October 23, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Carol Bulifant. Loving father of Debbie Hurtado, Beth (Ken) Akers and Alan (Kristi) Bulifant. Dearest grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 5 with 1 on the way. He is also survived by his twin brother Alvan Bulifant. He is preceded in death by his parents Forrest and Hattie Bulifant.
