- Dear Brulez, We were very sad to hear of Al's passing. Mom (Anna Brulez Schlagel) will be sad to learn that Al is gone. At 97 I believe Mom and Pauline are the only two cousins left. The entire Brulez family, represents a long line of amazing farmers and have let their legacy for future generations. My your memories of a life well lived help ease your sorry. - To my Uncle, I will always remember you as this giant of a man when I was young. One of the fastest walking people I have ever known. I'm proud to have called you my Uncle. - So sorry to hear of Al's passing. We send our condolences to the the entire family. Al was one of the GOOD guys and a gentleman! Enjoyed seeing the family grow up over the years at the sod farm and buying the pansies. Really miss the enjoyable conversations with Al at 7:30 mass. He will be missed by MANY!
