Loving father of Martha (Joseph) Hill, Glenda Petty (Michael Pridemore) and Margaret (Donald) Smotherman. Dear grandfather of Benjamin (Christie) Hill, Joseph Hill, Joshua (Urana) Pridemore, Jerry (Nichole) Pridemore, Jennifer Hill, Carrie (Don) McConnaughey, Heather Petty, Nicholas Collier and Malenda Pridemore, and great-grandfather of Moses McConnaughey, Melody McConnaughey, Haylee Herren, Natilee Pridemore and Andrew Pridemore. He is also survived by his brother Carmen Brothers. He was preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
