BLACKBURN, Billy R., age 68, of Taylor, May 15, 2016. Beloved husband of Mary Blackburn. Loving father of Cari (Darrin) Steward, Sara (Jason) Cullen and Kristina (Matt) Paul. Dearest grandfather of Zachary, Madison, Lea, Julian, Jack, Maxwell, Delainie and Easton. Dear brother of Gary Blackburn, Mary Conway and Tammy Murphy. He is also survived by his in-laws Clifford Williamson, Larry Williamson, Roger Williamson, Everett Williamson, Dean Williamson, Robert Williamson and Sarah Thompson. He is preceded in death by his parents Fred and Texia Blackburn, his sister Nancy Wallen, his mother and father-in-law Clayton and Helen Williamson and his sisters-in-law Mildred Willis and Barbara Wood. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
