BLACKBURN, Carlos A. Jr., age 77, of West Branch, October 22, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Betty Blackburn. Loving father of Carlos C. (Pam) Blackburn III, Todd (Angela) Blackburn and Chad (Karie) Blackburn. Dearest grandfather of 7 and great-grandfather of 6. He is also survived by 1 sister. He was preceded in death by 1 brother and 1 sister.
