BELUE, Dorothy I., age 88, of Newport, November 9, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Garon Belue. Loving mother of Glenda Cecil, Charles (Angela) Vaughn, and Cynthia (Thomas) Zajac. Dearest grandmother of Michael, Matthew, Kevin, Amanda, Priscilla (Dusty), Samantha (Carl), and great-grandmother of 7. She is survived by her sister Lucretia (Mike) Scarborough. She is preceded in death by her parents James and Mattie Vaughan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
