Obituary
George Raymond Boyd, born on November 7, 1945, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on December 6, 2024, in Taylor, Michigan, at the age of 79. George dedicated much of his life to his work at General Motors. He was also an active member of the United Auto Workers (UAW), serving as a committee man as well as a member of Action Vans Van Club. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of over 40 years, Marilyn Boyd, and his parents Ralph and Dorothy Boyd. He is survived by his loving family: his son Eric Lambert and daughter-in-law Brenda, his daughter Shannon Hodges and son-in-law Craig, grandchildren Alex, Noah, Ashley, and Katelynn and great-grandchildren Brendan, Lillian, and Eveline. George also leaves behind many family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
