BACHTAL, Gregory J., age 70, of Brownstown, October 09, 2023. Beloved husband of Karen Bachtal. Loving father of Caitlin Bachtal. Dearest brother of Leo Bachtal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents William and Elizabeth Bachtal.
Gregory had a fascination with lighthouses, especially those right here in Michigan. He collected multiple different beer steins, as well as pocket watches. He had a beautiful voice, and would sing for anyone. You would often hear him singing gospel music. He attended Woodhaven Baptist Church and made many dear friends there. Gregory was the life of the party, as many would consider him as, and he would just love to hear and see people laughing. Gregory will be eternally loved, missed and remembered by those who knew him.
