BLACKBURN, Jean, age 89, of Lincoln Park, January 22, 2021. Beloved wife of Ronda Blackburn. Loving mother of David (Linda) Blackburn and Janet (Ed) Schrass. Dear grandmother of Andrew Blackburn, Nathan (Sarah) Blackburn, Alex Blackburn, Angela (Don) Kaniowski, Kelly Norton, Sarah (Rob) Graham, Elisabeth Schrass, Emily Schrass, Jessica Blackburn and Stacey Blackburn. Dearest great grandmother of Michael, Rachael, Ayden, Wyatt, Riley, Hunter, Katie, Roma, Simon, Fisher and Lucas. She is preceded in death by her sons Wayne and Michael Blackburn, parents George and Pearl Hurd, sister Leona Wilder, brother James (Paralee) Hurd, sister Anna Perry and brother G.C. Hurd.

Condolences

Where do I start with my many memories of Jean? Through the years, there have been many life events, both joyful and sorrowful. However, I will always remember her welcoming smile, her great table of delicious southern comfort food, her devotion to family, and her creative talents as expressed through her beautiful quilts. Dear Ron, David, Janet, and all your families, My condolences on the loss of Jean. She was such a great lady! Whenever I came over to see Mike I would always stop in the kitchen to say Hi and get a hug from her, before heading down to the basement.
