  • Jennifer’s service was absolutely beautiful. It was an honor to have been there to celebrate her life with her amazing family and friends. The love felt in that room was palpable. I wanted to take a moment to share from my heart. I believe that everyone comes into our lives for a reason and a purpose. Jen and I clicked right away when we met. As I got to know her, I realized just how similar we are. People-pleasers, always putting others before self, over the top work ethic and dedication to our jobs, likable, love to laugh, and love so hard, and big love for animals, to name a few. But Jen made me want to be a better person. In her last weeks with us, she nominated me for a nursing excellence award. The reason this meant so much to me, is that despite how SHE was feeling, she took the time to make sure that I felt appreciated and special. I will be forever grateful for Jen because she has made an impact on me personally and professionally. It was an absolute pleasure to have crossed paths with her and that she trusted me and allowed me to be a part of her journey is everything. Don and Melissa, I know how much she loved the two of you. I need to tell you that I am so proud of the selfless grace you were able to give to Jen in her final days. She will live on forever in all of our hearts. Always here for you both. Love, Sara Sara Johnson
