Mark John Bruyere, born on March 28, 1959, in Trenton, Michigan, passed away on April 15, 2026, in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, at the age of 67.
Mark dedicated nearly three decades of his life to working in production for Ford Motor Company, where he was known for his unwavering determination and strong work ethic. A proud member of UAW Local 600, Mark's commitment to his work was matched only by his devotion to his family.
Before embarking on his career, Mark served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, embodying the values of discipline and service that would guide him throughout his life.
Mark was a fiery soul, known for his passionate spirit and steadfast dedication to those he loved. Family was the cornerstone of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them. He is survived by his beloved children: Gary (Kayla) Bruyere, Christine (Nathan Taylor) Bruyere, and Nichole Jackson. His legacy continues through his six grandchildren: Gary Bruyere, Jr., Mya Rushlow, Alexander Bruyere, Juniper Taylor, Kai Fuller, and Willow Fuller.
In his leisure time, Mark found joy in collecting Lionel Train sets, a hobby he nurtured from his early days. He also relished the tranquility of nature, often retreating to the Au Sable River for camping and canoeing adventures.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, John Bruyere, and three siblings. His memory will be forever cherished by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
