Beloved husband of Clara Blount. Loving Father of Timothy, Roy Jr., Ronald, Kim, and the late Laura. Loving grandfather of Timothy Jr., Macie, Dewey III, Jeremiah, Ronald Jr., Clarissa, Christina, David, Joseph and Frank Jr.. He is also survived by his sister Ann Gallant. He was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Macie Blount.
