Obituary

BARTA, Sandra G., age 70, of Lincoln Park, August 18, 2018. Beloved wife of Frank Barta. Loving mother of Jeffrey (Maritza) Barta and Adam (Esther) Barta. Dearest grandmother of Christopher (Jamie), Emily, Tinsley, Jase and great-grandmother of Raelynn and Penelope. Dear daughter of Katie and the late Arthur Chaffin. She is also survived by her brother Dale Chaffin, her sisters Jan (John) Scarcelli, Sharron Queen, Kim (Ron) Falkner and many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sister-in-law Debbie Chaffin.

  • Frank, I am so very sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. If you remember me, I dated Jim Carter before he and Bonnie married, and I went to all the singings that the Mamreans were at.
