BELKNAP, Scott II age 93, of Gibraltar, July 27, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Jean Belknap. Loving father of Scott III (Linda A.) Belknap, Bonnie (Larry) Mathewson and Cindy Belknap. Dearest grandfather of Jennifer (Greg) Belknap-Sanchez, Jeff (Kimberly) Belknap, Ryan Wesner, Amy (Matt) Hudson, Rick (Laura) Mathewson and Rachel (Spike) Vanderbush and great-grandfather of Lola Mathewson, Hunter Hudson, Logan Hudson, Xain Vanderbush, Corbin Mathewson and Xoey Vanderbush. He is also survived by his half sister Virginia Snodgrass. He was preceded in death by his grandson Scott IV and brother Charles Robert Belknap. Service is Saturday, 10:00 AM at Rockwood First Congregational Church, 22600 Mather, Rockwood, MI 48173. He was born in Wyandotte, served in the Army / Air Force during WWII and was a member of the Downriver Cycling Club and worked at Detroit Edison Trenton Channel. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
