Obituary

Sharon Lee Brogan, born on May 27, 1956, in Trenton, Michigan, passed away on July 9, 2026, in Taylor, Michigan, at the age of 70. Known for her warmth and kindness, Sharon touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit and unwavering faith.

A devoted wife, Sharon was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Kevin Brogan, and by her parents, Charles and Thelma Feller. Together, she and Kevin shared a love for their dogs, always caring for one or two faithful companions that brought joy to their home.

Sharon was a calming influence in her professional life, admired for her dedication and kindness. A true listener, she never spoke an unkind word about anyone, a testament to her compassionate nature.

Her interests were as varied as they were heartfelt. An avid reader, Sharon found solace and adventure within the pages of countless books. Her evenings were often spent in quiet reflection, reading the Bible and nurturing her deep religious faith.

In her leisure time, Sharon delighted in tending to her garden, where she cultivated beauty and tranquility. She also enjoyed collecting lighthouses, symbols of guidance and hope, much like the light she brought into the lives of those around her.

Sharon is survived by her siblings, Charles (Jill) Feller and Pamela (James) Verdun. Sharon is also survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Lynn (Rick) Kalvans, Mary Beth Philippart, Kathleen Craig, Lawrence Brogan, and Thomas Brogan. She leaves behind many cherished nieces, nephews, and close friends who will forever remember her gentle strength and loving presence.

Though she has left this world, Sharon's legacy of kindness and love endures in the hearts of all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contirbutions may be made to the Dementia Society of America or to the Michigan Humane Society.
