BANKS, Sheila Joy age 69, of Riverview, October 27, 2023. Beloved wife of Russell Banks (51 years). Loving mother of Tracie Mantay (Brandon Mantay), Melissa Yack (Dennis Yack), and Russell Banks II. Dearest grandmother of Lindsey Trombley, Nicole Begin, Zackery Mantay, Dillon Banks, Jake Lafferty, Meghan Lafferty, Reagan Yack, and Scarlett Yack. She is preceded in death by her father Melvin Richardson and mother Agnes Faye Seward. She was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. Heaven has gained an angel.
