Loving father of Wesley (Tammy) Steffey, Steven (Hillary) Steffey, Gary Steffey, Trina (Mark) Buchko, Kimberly (Scott) Halhober, Jennifer Collins and Sherry Stanek. Dearest grandfather of 18 and great grandfather of 12. He is survived by his brother James (Jackie) Burris. He is preceded in death by his parents Wilbur and Zuelia Burris and his brother Jerry Thacker. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home, (next to Michigan Memorial Park) 30895 Huron River Dr., Huron Twp., (734) 783-2646.
