Boelter, Wilmer A., age 87, of Chelsea. Beloved husband of Catherine. Loving father of Robert (Carol), Donald (Toni), Kathleen (Dal Queenan) and James (Julie) Boelter. Dear grandfather of 5 and great grandfather of 1. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick and Clara Boelter. Wilmer was a 1948 graduate if the University of Michigan.
