BULLINGTON, Winnell “Red”., age 91, of Southgate, April 26, 2019. Beloved husband of Valerie Bullington. Loving father of Vivian Lee (Ken) Daniels and Rodney Clyde (Janice) Bullington. Dearest grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 4. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his daughter Paula Dawn Sliger, son Terry Wayne Bullington and parents George and Mildred Bullington.
