  • To the man I have called ' Boss' for 39 years, I can't believe I won't hear you say " well your suppose to" or " baby" . I've witnessed your generosity, tinnasity in acquiring businesses, your achievements and accomplishments are an example nothing stopped you. Working for you was an adventure, full of surprise's- who else would bring a camel to Michigan Ave, but you Boss. Who else would share his Pepsi bottle with a bear , only you Boss. Through the decades, individuals on the avenue would still come into the bump shop asking just for you....You always made individuals feel they were getting the best deal. I regret Reality Television wasn't around back in 70's through 90's,. we would of been the number one show. So many experiences with you have shaped my life, you taught me well, Boss, but you made sure to let me know..... being at home with Ms. Kitty and the animals was what grounded you, family time was what it's all about. I have been blessed with truly knowing a humble man and sharing years in his wild adventures. I respect and admire you and Ms. Kitty, I love all of you as my own family. I know you are in heaven, your Pepsi bottle days have gone,,,,but I'm raising one up to you now Boss for the "Good Ol' Days"... With tears I send my love, Susann ( Woods) Odom Rev.
