CERVANTES, Catarina "Cathy", age 86, of Brownstown, January 26, 2022. Beloved wife of Mauro Cervantes Sr. Loving mother of the late Lydia Cervantes, late Larry Cervantes, Linda Salazar, and Mauro (Amy) Cervantes Jr. Dearest grandmother of Noel D. (Noemi) Scott III, Angela Martinez, Donna (Zak) Oritz, Laura Lynne, and great-grandmother to 16, and great-great-grandmother to 7. She is survived by her sister Vangie Flores. She is preceded in death by her daughter Lydia Cervantes, her son Larry Cervantes, late grandson Johnny “Jay” Salazar Jr, and her 9 siblings.

Mauro and Family I am saddened to hear of Cathy’s passing. She was one of the sweetest and kindest women I had the pleasure to know since the days at Mamre. Our prayers are with you all.
