Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Harold Conley, who passed on December 19, 2024, at the age of 82. Born on July 14, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan, David spent his final days surrounded by loved ones in Trenton, Michigan.

David was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his beloved wife, Justine Conley, and their children: Aaron (Melissa) Conley, Rebecca Nagy Conley, and Peter Conley. He also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren: Jimmy, Dalton, Kiandra, Mya, and Mia, as well as many loving nieces and nephews who will forever hold him in their hearts.

He is also survived by his dearest sister Carolyn (the late Jim) Graves, his dear friends Mike and Heather Jones.

He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Conley, and his parents, Harold Conley and Marion Gross.

A longtime member of the UAW Local 735, David was respected and admired by his peers and colleagues. His dedication to his family and community was unwavering, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, an organization dear to David's heart.

David's legacy of love, kindness, and integrity will live on in the lives of all those he touched. May he rest in peace.
