Dennis William Conley, born on April 7, 1943, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on September 24, 2026, in Southgate, Michigan, at the age of 83.
Dennis was a devoted and loving family man whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many. He was a passionate enthusiast of Detroit sports, with a particular fondness for the Red Wings. A true fan of the University of Michigan, Dennis enjoyed following their teams and cherished the camaraderie that sports brought into his life.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Louise Conley, and his siblings, Robert Conley, Gayle Koshorek, and Mark Watson. His memory will be cherished by his children, Christopher (Leslie) Conley, Denise Stout, Michael (Kemberlee) Conley, Robert Guffey, and Scott Conley. Dennis leaves behind a legacy of love in his ten grandchildren—Ashley, Brittany, Ryan, David, Abigail, Matthew, Elizabeth, Derek, Trevor, and Kristi—and twelve great-grandchildren, who were a source of immense joy and pride for him. He is also survived by his dear sisters, Pamela Chartier and Donna Kelm, and his ex-wife, Diane Conley.
Dennis's life was filled with love, laughter, and a dedication to his family and passions. As we remember him, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of memories that will be treasured forever.
