Dearest grandfather of Heather, Kayla and Melanie and great-grandfather of Broklyen, Zoie and Jayden. He was survived by his sister Betsy (Dave) Bukovsky. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Tressa Chuba, 2 brothers and 1 sister.
