Cook, James R., age 69, of Woodhaven, October 4, 2022. Beloved companion to Mary Boyd. Loving father of Leslie Cook and James (Kristy) Cook. Dearest grandfather to Malina Stovall and James Lester Stovall. He is survived by his siblings Barbara Perry, Marion (Patsy) Cook, Bill Cook, Mildred (Jerry) Kinder, Diane (Earl) Hill, and Kathleen (Wesley) Meadors. He is also survived by his niece, Mim’s Girl, Misty, and many more loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife Patricia Cook, parents Marion and Pauline Cook, and siblings Karen York and Ricky Ted Moses.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
