Dear sister of Clyde, Mary, Ruth and David. She was preceded in death by her daughter Betty Sue Retan, her brother Bill and her sister Winnie Mae. Joyce was the first female business owner in the city of Taylor. She owned and operated Joyce’s Beauty Shop for over 50 years.
