Dearest son of Philip McPartlin, Jr. Beloved brother of Sherry (Zennith) Manns, Lawrence (Donna) Carter, Dawn (Timothy “Ike” Paull) Holland, and Crystal (Mark) Dolence. Loving uncle of Dustin, Zach, Nicole, Jacob, Larry III, Madison, Alexander, Connor and Riley. He was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence P. Carter and Rosemary Carter-McPartlin and cherished friend Kathy Rabarcik.
