Obituary

Sally Jane Clark, born on August 17, 1948, in Riverview, Michigan, passed away on March 23, 2026, at the age of 77 in Flat Rock, Michigan. Sally was a beloved sister, aunt, and friend whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sally spent her early years in Trenton, Michigan, where she grew up surrounded by the love of her parents, Edward and Betty Clark, who preceded her in death. She carried their memory fondly throughout her life.

A retired employee of over 30 years at Ford Motor Company, Sally enjoyed a well-earned retirement filled with moments of joy and contentment. She found solace and community as a member of the Wyandotte Methodist Church, which was an integral part of her life.

Sally's cherished family includes her loving sister, Kathy Clark; her nephew, Matthew Schmid and his wife Kate; and their children, great-niece Payton Schmid and great-nephews Jakob Schmid (Kayelynn) and Spencer Schmid (Ansleigh). Sally took great delight in her great-great-nephew Shiloh and great-great-nieces Hadley and Eliot, who brought her much happiness and pride.

Though she is no longer with us, the warmth of Sally's spirit and the kindness she shared will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know her. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
