Beverly Jane Diamond, born on May 2, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on October 5, 2025, in Riverview, Michigan, at the age of 95.
Beverly's life was a tapestry woven with strength, determination, and a zest for life that was as warm as the Florida sunshine she cherished during her 27 years in the state. Known for her sassy personality and strong-willed nature, she brought joy to those around her with her love for shopping and her penchant for seeking out the warmth of sunny days.
Her professional life was spent in clerical work within the banking industry, where her diligence and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved spouses, James Clifford Diamond, Sr., and Edward "Ted" Williams; her parents, Francis and Emily; and her siblings, Francis and Audree Breakey.
She leaves behind a loving family to cherish her memory: her children, Pamela (Walter) Huebner, Susan (Victor Nettleton) Diamond, and Beth (Douglas) Fater; her grandchildren, Brett Diamond, Courtney (Jason) Prater, Jordyn (Anthony Alfredo) Fater, and Collin Fater; and her great-grandchildren, Kellie, Evan, Erikson, Bristol, Wrenley, and Irelynn. She is also survived by her sister, Gayle (the late Leonard) Cranston, and her brother, Norman (Gloria) Breakey, as well as her daughter-in-law, Denise (Kevin) Griswold. Beverly's extended family includes several nieces, nephews, numerous stepchildren, and many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
In accordance with Beverly's wishes, cremation will take place at "The Witness Crematory" located inside Michigan Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a tree be planted in Beverly's memory, a living tribute to a remarkable woman whose roots ran deep and whose spirit soared high.
Beverly Jane Diamond's legacy of love and laughter will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
