Loving father of Tommy Duckworth, David Duckworth, Melissa (Steve Costello) Pruner, Tina (Gary Fronczak) Duckworth and Stacy (Nathan) Kuczera. Dearest grandfather of Jennifer, Stephanie, Tanis, Marisa, Izzie and Maggie and great-grandfather of Mattie. He is preceded in death by his grandson Tommy Duckworth (T.C.) and his mother Thelma Rockholt.
