DANIELS, Ethel (Sissy) Irick, born June 13, 1936 of Pikeville, Kentucky, to her Parents William J. and Laura Atchie (Meade) Irick (Big Mommy) went home to be with the Lord and be at peace and rest from her earthly works and labors on November 28, 2019 at the blessed age of 83. She is preceded in death by her husband John D. Daniels (JD), her parents Will and Laura Atchie (Meade) Irick (Big Mommy) Also A long with 14 Siblings, 9 brothers: Bernard, Frank, Ermal, Dodge, Ira, John B., Chuck, Wayne, and Bill and 5 sisters: Lizzie, Ollie, Pearl, Mary and Sarah. Beloved mother of John (Barry), Judy, Timothy (Tbo), Kathy, Rod, and Julie. Loving grandmother of Tim, Paul, Katie, Joe, Brian, Holly, Justin, Nicole, Brandi, Craig, Whitney, Dustin, Holli (Marie), Levi, and Dylan Jay; and great-grandmother of Ruby (Jude), Emery (Jean), Luna (Grace), Emma, Aubrey, Brock, Ethan, Bailey, Brea, Collin, and Caden. She is also survived by her siblings (5 Sisters) Glen, Jewell, Flo, Dean and Husband (Will) and Joetta and Husband (Rich); in addition to many other loving brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and family and friends that loved her and will deeply miss her. Ethel was a born again Christian and happy to be one of the founding and faithful members of the Zion Free Will Baptist Church / Zion Church Wyandotte, since 1971. She rejoiced more in the fact that she loved the Lord Jesus and that her name is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and desired to see the lost saved and disciple for Jesus. She will be greatly missed by her church family for her singing in the choir, and her other faithful work in the church kitchen. She will also be remembered for her many years of fund-raising and her joy of helping to make the dinners and pumpkin rolls and other tasks.
