Condolences

  • My heart breaks for your loss. None of you know me... But, I work at Aberdeen. I've only been here since COVID started. But, Ken quickly became kin to me. I'd always get his extra blankets and tuck him in JUUUST the way he liked. He holds a special place in my heart. And it is tearing me up even typing this. He and I also share the same birthday. So this year I will be celebrating for the both of us! My deepest condolences to your family! My thoughts and prayers are with you! Kaylee Esch
  • My times spent with Gramps were like concentrated doses of life; steroids in human form. I've carried so many fond memories of Gramps from my childhood, many of which shaped me into who I am today. I cannot imagine the loss felt by those closest to him. Love you, Gramps. Gene Walters
  • I hope that all the fond memories of Ken will bring consolation to my 'sisters and brother', Marie, Paula, Lisa and John. Having spent so many years of my youth enjoying the generosity of spirit that Ken loved to share, whether summer beach days, Thanksgiving, and especially at Christmas. Dad, and Mom, always welcomed me as one of their own. I will always cherish these memories. Rest in power, Ken. Carol Stark
  • My deepest sympathies go to my siblings, Marie, Paula and Johnny for the loss of their Dad. I pray comfort to my nieces and nephews for the loss of their Gramps. I hope for peace and fond memories for immediate friends and relatives who shared life with my Dad in Michigan. My heart goes out to my Aunts and Uncles too for the loss of their brother. A special accolade of gratitude I extend to my Sister Paula for the constant care she gave our Father especially these past 10 years. The level of compassion she gave him coupled with the expert medical care was nothing short of amazing—I’m eternally grateful. I will miss you Dad. ~~much love Lisa Lisa Williams
