  • Dear Deb, Though words seem so inadequate, may our heartfelt message of deepest sympathy bring you some small comfort today and in all of the days that follow. Mel was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Forrest and I are so blessed to have known Mel for many years. Bowling was one of those times we all made such fun memories, as well as knowing him more personally throughout many years. Mel was a hard-working, caring, big-hearted gentleman. He will be missed greatly. We pray that the constant love of family and friends may somehow soften your sadness, and your cherished memories bring you comfort Deb. We know your heart is grieving along with Mel’s entire family and we will keep you in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Love to you today and always, Forrest and Janice Brown Janice and Forrest W. • Deb, It is hard to find the words sincere enough to convey our condolences for you and the great love we had/have for Mel. I guess the words "Thanks For The Memories" is what we'll hold onto until seeing Mel again in our heavenly home. For us that knew Mel, we remember that he had his share of struggles and sufferings, but he never let them get him down. He carried his cross with cheerfulness, humility, and respect toward others. The first premise in his life, was how he could help others around him. We'll personally remember Mel as being a great man, a close friend, a good bowler, an avid cook/baker, and a giant angel to grace everyone's life he could. I know I haven't lost my friend because he will continue to live in my heart. Remember Deb, that we're here for you, for whatever and whenever. May God bless and keep your family in the palm of His hands during this time of loss. With our love and prayers. Tom & Camelle Thomas & Camelle Lunger
