- Dear Chris and family, We are deeply sorry for your loss. May the Lord holds your family in his arms and gives you the strength to continue with your journeys to serve Him in everything you do, like your father did. He is an angel now watching over you. He will always live in your hearts and in the legacy of love and dedication to his family. Receive a hug from all of us. - My condolences to the Dotson family. I've only ever known Bob as Joann's husband. My glimpse into Bob might not be the same as yours as I've never worked with him, wasn't raised by him, and never played cards against him. The beauty of our nature as humans is to see how we change with the people we are with. Bob in my perception was a constant view of steady strength. No matter the occasion he was the same temperament, he was never one to be loud or make himself the center of attention. In the chaotic world we live in it's a blessing to find someone so content with themselves they never feel the need to be "on" or fake. Bob and Joann from our perspective were a true partner couple. If you asked one for plans their reply would almost certainly be I'll have check with her/him and let you know. To find someone who constantly and consistently considers you showed the world just what amazing love you shared and how valued you held each other. I'm very sorry Bob's time on this earth was not longer. I will miss his sense of humor, even though at first meeting I didn't think we'd get along or that he'd ever be as funny. I will miss the amazing treats he managed to whip up like it was nothing. I will miss his love for you Joann, bc as I've said finding relationship role models in this world is not easy, and you two have on more than one occasion been people Wade and I have tried to model our relationship after.
