Dear grandfather of Kevin (Ryann), Jeremy, Brian, Nicholas, Allison, Lauren and great-grandfather of Rylee. He is also survived by brothers Chuck and Larry Dobbins. He was preceded in death by his parents Sidney Sr. and Mae Dobbins his sisters Patti Ward and Fannie Mae Steward.
