  • I write this today with a very heavy heart. My deepest sympathies go out to her Son's, their families, her Sister,  Brothers and their families. I had the honor to call Betty my best friend through the majority of our school years and on into our adulthood. No matter the distance or time we never lost touch with each other. Betty has always been a special friend and will be truly missed. Angie Sherrill
  • Having grown up on a farm next to the Julius farm and being classmates, I treasure the memories of time spent with Betty and her family. I sat with Betty on the school bus each morning. Her infectious laugh was a great way to start the day. I will always remember her as a truly genuine person. My condolences to Betty’s family. Carol DeGroot Hovey

  • I was fortunate to grow up with the entire Julius family. Betty and I were in the same class in school. Lots of great memories and most of all that infectious smile. She and the Julius family were a gift in my life. Sending our love to all the family. Dave Wortman
  • I am so sorry to her about Betty. She was such a wonderful person. I didn’t know her for long but we hit it off right away . We sat at the table laughing and enjoying a cup of coffee and just talking about life more than once. Betty will be missed ! My heart is with her family, Betty was very proud of her sons and loved her family very much. Rest In Peace Betty you will be missed. Ruby Schmitt
  • What a beautiful lady and always full of excitement and great ideas. I would see her at meetings we were on for the township, and she had so much love and enthusiasm for a community that we both lived in. I got to know her initially through having both you sons at HHS. In later years she would come into Schwartz's Greenhouse where we would talk plants! How ironic that she lived in a home where I had been years earlier building a float for a Homecoming. RIP good friend. David H. Kuykendall
  • Betty was my best friend at George High School. We spent many fun filled times together and she will always be remembered as an extremely generous and loving individual. Her kindness showed in her availability to whoever was in need and her friendship was one to be cherished. I will miss her greatly and send along my deepest condolences to her family and children. Vianne Renken Pendleton
